In the Pilot mobile taxi app includes clear navigation, a hierarchy of information, consistent labeling, and search functionality. The design team iterated through user testing to refine the IA and improve the user experience. A blocked IA can hinder user tasks and information finding. A well-designed IA leads to better user experience by helping users find information and complete tasks in the app.

To maintain brand consistency, we refined and iterated upon key corporate identity elements and scaled them to create a cohesive brand system, complete with guidelines and a UI kit. Our designers then applied this system to marketing materials and an updated, user-friendly website.
We wanted to show the maximum simplicity in managing the application, reduced the necessary actions for registration, developed an attractive and minimalist design, where there are no extra actions when ordering a taxi.
